Turning a stream of clicks into actual sales

The existing Shopping setup brought plenty of traffic and very few sales. We reworked targeting product by product, then moved budget towards what was genuinely selling.

The case study

What we did, and what the ad account shows.

The starting point

An online retailer wanted to scale up on Google Shopping. The account was live, the product feed was in place, and traffic was coming in.

The challenge

Plenty of clicks, very few sales. Budget was going to products that drew a crowd without ever triggering a purchase, while genuinely profitable products stayed underexposed.

What we activated

The platforms actually used on this account, and the work carried out on each.

Google Shopping

Put the budget behind products that actually sell

  • Sales analyzed product by product, separating what attracts from what earns
  • Campaign structure rebuilt around profitable products rather than the whole catalogue
  • Product feed corrected, titles and attributes reworked to appear on the right searches
  • Budget continuously moved towards the groups that genuinely convert

click-through rate, deliberately lower

Click-through rate drops, and that is intended: fewer browsers, more buyers. The lost traffic was not converting.

The campaign creatives

The angle behind each visual, and why it works in this market.

The click turned into a saleConversion

The click turned into a sale

The heart of Google Shopping: capture clicks and convert them. A magnet pulling in cursors says in one image what the account really does, without a flat screenshot.

Delivery that reassuresConsideration

Delivery that reassures

Buying hesitation rarely concerns the product, more often what happens after payment. A light, winged parcel answers the objection before it is even raised.

Sales taking offAwareness

Sales taking off

No sales pitch, a poster image: the basket lifting off like a rocket. Memorable in the feed, it carries the brand world and the momentum, where standing out comes first.

Illustrative visuals produced by Webfluence. As the account is anonymized, the creatives actually served are not published here: these examples show the visual direction we apply to this kind of campaign.
